All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.
Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Uniquely Different Apparel is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
All pre-order items will be processed within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
Sizing
Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.
T-Shirts and Pullovers are unisex so they run larger.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your Uniquely Different Apparel items as much as we do! All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (This includes returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item). We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
